I found this thread by searching on Google after discovering my app now defaults to Home every time I open it.  I've searched for key words in the search bar on the forum and admit I can't find these many threads that offer voting? Not everyone lives on this forum, some of us just come here occasionally when we need help. Perhaps you could link to a few to help us both out?

Adding my voice to the chorus requesting user chosen thumbnail selection across all devices. With the new plan changes (limiting my free account to 2 devices when I regularly use 3 but will get by with browser access on one of them) I am so, so very close to upgrading to Plus but I just can't justify the cost based on the way I use Evernote. The powerful text searching is great but I search visually as well. I have sewing patterns that display the envelope back rather than the front and recipes that show thumbnails of the clipped instructions rather than the money shot.
