I've been using Dark Mode on my MBP since installing Mojave.  It has worked well until Evernote introduced it because in Dark Mode it is nearly impossible to see highlighted text.  I'd like to keep Dark Mode on in System Preferences, but not use it in Evernote.

I manually remove Web Clipper extension from Chrome.  Then Added the Web Clipper extension dated 7/26 from https://evernote.com/products/webclipper

It worked.  S L O W L Y

All of a sudden the Ff clipper started working again.  Didn't change anything in my browser.  It just works again.

Same problem here.  On a MBP running Ff 61.0.  No clipping.  No error messages. 

Chrome starts to clip then just says "Clipping in progress..."

works now, you have to update the webclipper to the latest version which is 7.3 I believe in the Chrome store.  The "last update" date is 6/14/18.  Hope that helps.  Specifically I removed the old clipper and installed the updated one.  I'm using the new gmail without issue now. 

I also had to remove and re-add, but it worked great.

The answer I got yesterday from Tech Support:

Youtube has recently refreshed their webpage design, and it looks like the new design is not yet recognized by the Web Clipper.

I have opened a case to report this issue to our product team for investigation. At this time I’m not sure when the issue will be resolved.

As a workaround in the meantime, you can try clipping this page with a different clipping action, such as the 'bookmark' option.

I encourage you to continue updating the Evernote Web Clipper as new versions are released. You can find the latest updates and news about the Evernote Web Clipper on our product forum here: Evernote Web Clipper user Forum

Same here.  The new webclipper on Chrome lacks the YouTube clip option.

I had the same problem on an iPhone 6.  Uninstalling and reinstalling seemed to fix, however, I keep getting prompted to sign in to the App Store.

The authenticator does work well.

Just an FYI, there are a few other free and paid OTP apps which are interoperable.

One I've settled on is HDE OTP

Aesthetics aside, one thing I liked was the ability to add a pin, so that it's use is restricted.

Thank you for the recommendation.  This app does work with Evernote.  I'm relieved to have secure access to Evernote again with TFA.
