I use MS Win 10, with a MS Office 365 Subscription, and use EN-for-Windows ( (308489) Public (CE Build ce-62.3.7750)), 95% o the time. My desktop installed MS Outlook App, is the bucket where I collect all emails from my 5 different web-mail accounts, gmail, outlook, yahoo etc. My MS Outlook app, only shows 1x EN add-in has been installed, yet 2x EN-Add-ins display on the Outlook menu/ribbon, when specifically using my Microsoft email e.g. name@outlook.com versus when using any other email account, whereby only 1x EN-Add-in menu icon is displayed. So my 1st question is why is this? vs Sometimes when using my gmail or yahoo email accounts, the EN-Add-in-clipper doesn't play nice, and throws up errors, and simply wont clip to EN, no matter what i try...and so my last resort is to move the email into my MS Outlook email, that displays 2 EN-Add-in icons (as pictured above), use the green icon coloured add-in, and hey presto, it works every time. So my 2nd question is why is this, and how can I resolve it? cheers

Hi Everyone - I’m following up on my post from ten days ago. In that post, I had indicated that we were trying to get an initial, reduced-functionality release of a Safari 13-compatible Web Clipper into your hands this week, but that there was still significant work remaining. Today is Friday of that week, and clearly we have not met our goal. We have a working build, but it is not yet release-quality. We are continuing to work on bugs, on stability and on CPU utilization issues in order to converge on something releasable. We will be working through the weekend. I’m sorry that it is taking this long. As explained in my original post, it is not as simple as recompiling, and we are encountering more challenges than we expected. We will provide another update next week. ian

I am surprised that this is not a feature yet. Should be very simple to implement too. The main shortcut toolbar is great,. However, there are some notes I would like to get easy access to, but only within a certain notebook. Like if I have a notebook called "Articles" then a note like "Article template" would be on the top of the list, but it would not make sense to add it to the shortcut bar. So I am suggesting to add a "Pin to top of notebook" item in the context menu of a note. After clicking, the note would be the first to appear within a notebook, regardless of update time. If two or more notes within a notebook would be pinned, they would be sorted by time (or even manually, but that's a different suggestion), but still above the rest of the notes.

I was able to resolve this issue by using the Simplify Formatting command (Format > Simplify Formatting). The shortcut is CTRL+Spacebar in the Windows version.

Hi All, Starting with Apple’s upcoming release of Safari 13, many extensions will no longer be supported in their current form. Due to the nature of these changes, if you choose to update to Safari 13 it will affect your ability to use the Evernote Web Clipper extension until we are able to implement an update and publish it to the Mac App Store. Please note: 1. We are diligently working to update the Evernote Web Clipper to meet the new extension requirements for Safari 13. Until that time, users who upgrade their browser to Safari 13 will not be able to use the Evernote Web Clipper. 2. If you are not updating to macOS Catalina/Safari 13, you can continue to use the Evernote Web Clipper extension. 3. For a small number of Evernote Business users, it may be a few months before they are able to use Evernote Web Clipper in macOS Catalina/Safari 13. If you are one of the affected users, we will send you a separate email with more information. If you are affected by these changes, you can still clip/send content to Evernote by doing the following: Keep using your current version of Safari Use the Evernote Web Clipper on a different web browser Use our Gmail and Outlook email integrations Forward messages to your Evernote email address (Premium & Business only)

Hi All, Some of you reached out concerned about not being able to provide feedback for this issue. In general, we close replies on community announcements as they are meant to be informative, and not a location for ongoing discussion. In the past, when we've allowed commentary on announcements the conversations tend to get off topic quickly, and make it more difficult for users to easily find the information they're looking for. If you have feedback on this issue, please provide that here: As always, feel free to reach out to me via DM if you have any other questions!
