Feature Request: Add Outlining Capabilities to Evernote Evernote is great, but it's dying for the ability to create Notes that contain Outlines which are easily collapsed and expanded during creation and in use. One way to implement it would be a switchable editing mode, between standard formatting or outline mode. In outline mode, pressing the Enter key creates a new outline item, and pressing the Tab key changes the current item into a sub-item. Clicking on an item's action icon causes its sub-items to collapse out of, or expand into view. That's the way the Ecco Pro PIM did it, and something simple like that would be a good start for Evernote. The name Evernote implies a product that takes notes -and collapsible/expandable outlines are a huge part of note taking.

I really enjoy that the notebook the note is in is always visible now. I clicked there to try and move the notebook. When it opened up the whole notebook in the sidebar it made sense that that was the behavior displayed, however I am used to opening the the move note dialogue on the Mac app. That's more intuitive to me, anyone else feel this same way?

Yes, you can downgrade. First you need deinstall v 8.9 and then install 8.8.1. I found 8.8.1 here: https://androidapksfree.com/evernote/com-evernote/download-old/evernote-8-8-1-1082393/ Once installed, remember to turn off auto update from Google Play store otherwise it will be updated again with 8.9.

No, the link would be within note contents; perhaps a Table of Contents note >>will have to figure how to limit it since it seems to search for every note after a given date. Something like created:day-5 -created:day-4

The moh.io domain now appears to be ... DEAD. When will somebody rebuild a tool that allows you to mindmap with evernote? Please

The more I put into Evernote the fuller and quicker I need its search functionality to be. I understand there are all kinds of advanced search phrases one can use - if you can actually remember them - but would it not be much simpler just to have an Advanced Search option so that one could enter text in the key fields - ie. Title, Tags, Date etc? InfoClick does precisely this with email. Thank you.

Seconded. Internal note links is a longstanding request.

I have some notes that are very long and it can take a while to scroll to an area down below in the note. I'd like to have the ability to have a link that, when clicked, takes you to a later part within the same note or different location within the same note.

Markdown support would be amazing. This makes Evernote a perfect companion to our development / coding environment.

I feel on the biggest missing features is native support for Markdown. Please add native Markdown to Evernote.

This is a very, very, long-standing HTML feature, and oh so very useful for long notes. Two features I see essential for long (more than one page/screen) notes: Anchors/bookmarks Collapsible sections Both have been available in web pages since the early days of the web (late 1990's). ATTN: Evernote/ @Jackolicious, @SoftwareMarcus, @Justin Street: Come on, this is the very definition of productivity!
