  1. I would love to see a format painter to be able to quickly matching font, size, etc. from one area of a note to another.

  2. Is there any way to search on multiple tags? By that I mean Boolean search (AND, OR) using more than one tag. Thanks

  3. Merging notes in OS X is chaotic currently. Notes merge in the order they were added to Evernote with the newest note first and oldest note last according to the date last modified. OS X Evernote does not merge these notes in the order selected like Windows Evernote does. In OS X, to get notes in the order you want, you have to manipulate the modified date by adding / deleting a character to the files - editing the note you want to show last in the merge first and modifying the note you want to appear first last. Life for us Mac users would be so much easier if we had the same "Merge in the order selected" capability that I understand Windows users enjoy. Mac users have been waiting for this feature to appear for at least two years as evidenced in this thread. Please help us out Evernote

  4. The 1% figure came from Evernote's explanation of why they removed Atlas:

  5. The other thing that you can do is root for them to improve the web client, which actually exists today (as opposed to an official Evernote client for Linux), but seems like it needs some attention.

  6. So I do love Evernote. I've never liked their arrogance toward design though. They come up with fantastic ideas but then the think they "know it" , it seems they only design as THEY like it. Omniscient beings that always know what we the users --paying users!!!-- need or want.l It's not a conspiracy, it's just business; THEY DON'T CARE!. It's about numbers. So, if enough users complain, they go back on their decision, but if not enough users complain, then they were infallibly right and they'll just keep being in many areas design gods. That arrogance is what irks me from Evernote- love everything else. To bad. I don't think I can really stay any longer. I gave this arrogant design decision time for it "to grow on me". But it didn't. My work flow--which developed through time because of Evernote's design-- starts with the Notebook view. So scrolling and searching is agains the grain for me --an ignorant non-flexible user--. Why not just add this awful new layout to the user choices for Notebook view so WE THE USERS CAN CHOSSE! I will be moving to another platform. It's probably best for Evernote because it's obvious I'm not in their customer radar. To bad.

  7. Evernote has kept me sane since 2012 and this is the first time I've ever posted to any of these forums. I need to add my voice to the "bring back the visual notebook view." Begging you. I can't I, too hate the list view. I'm going to have to find an alternative unless you PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE restore the graphic notebook view.

  8. I seccond the request for user stylesheets or at least link color customization. The BLUE blue is sticking out too much for many situations where the link is just a convenient thing but shouldn't grab extra attention. (I'd go with a darker, less saturated blue).

  9. I'm confused. There is no video and all of the note links are green on that page. Aren't yours? I think what Adjusting meant to say is that "Copy note link" ought to give you a green link (internal one) and "Share>Copy Share URL to Clipboard" will give you a blue link. If this is not happening, could you post a screenshot of a note with these odd links in it? Thanks! On that blog post they are all green, but the internal note links in my Evernote are blue when I select "copy note link". The only way I get the green links is by using the drag and drop method that you recommended (which is a good tip, thank you!) I can file a bug report for the blue links I keep getting Either way, I'd still love to be able to change the color of external links to something else. Wish there was more demand for it, it seems like I'm the only one Please do file a support ticket. A screenshot would also be nice As for note color links, I don't think there is very much demand for it. Sorry. However, I (and others) have a long-standing suggestion that would address your issue -- style sheets. We would like to be able to have user defined styles for our notes. If we gained this ability, you could change note links if you'd like. Any number of other apps on iOS and OSX give you this kind of control (note links included), so I think this is a fairly widespread feature request, even if people don't focus specifically on asking for different link colors. In a word: customizability.
