  5. This worked for me Change to Month view with a Monday start date Click Calendar. Click Home > Arrange > Month. Click the File tab. Click Options, and then click Calendar. Under Work time, for First day of week, select Monday.
  6. I am amazed that EN allows you to name a tag *black or even in my testing black*. If you search for tag:black* It should find notes containing tags beginning with black. If you have created the black* tag the search does nothing. I would avoid * in tag names ($, . or _ work fine) although I doubt this is the cause of your problems.
  7. The new notebook solution is a good solution to a problem that should not exist. All my notes are based on tags, but this is perfect for my needs. I will still keep the tags in place and monitor the situation. Once again thank you 🙂
  8. Thank you for your response. I feel hopeless. I didn't know they wouldn't let legacy programs in. I hope Evernote will give me a chance, at least offline, because I have so many precious notes. Thank you so much for your time.

Well - what you have is not expected behaviour, so I'd suggest a clean reinstall of your current app, plus check your available local storage space - less than 10% free space can lead to anomalous results. To fix occasional errors with installs or updates on laptops or desktops - plus issues with speed or lag or corrupted data. 1 - Sync notes up to date (check via web client or another device) 2 - Exit Evernote (if you can) / delete data from device 3 - Uninstall app with Appcleaner (Mac) or Revo Uninstaller Free (Win) 4 - Power device off / allow 10 seconds / power back on 5 - Download latest Evernote from Evernote.com 6 - Reinstall. It will take a little while for the app to be fully operational If that hasn't fixed anything, check your local housekeeping - how much free storage space? What other processes are active? Do you have good network speed?

  13. That is certainly strange. I am also on 86.2 but only have one Evernote Calendar and my Synced Google Calendar.
  14. Some users don't seem to have any problems with this process. You should contact Support to see if they can help - meantime maybe consider a different way of grouping notes, like creating a new notebook instead of a tag? Or include a unique keyword in the title and do intitle: searches?
  15. If you have a ticket number, you are on a list to be dealt with - please be patient while the team work their way through to you.
  16. In Notebooks, there could be a lot of notes, but some of this are the most important in this particulat notebook, I would like to have a quick access to them, by viewing them in top of the note's list, that belong to particular notebook.
  17. Sadly, there is no way back. To secure your notes you needed to sync before the closure of the Legacy app. Alternatively you could have exported the notes BEFORE uninstalling Legacy. However, having deleted the app you cannot return. Sorry.

  19. Just found this chat so transfered my last post from another location. The ability to group and view tagged notes on the fly via the mobile app is very important but this issue makes that impossible.   20. Two sensible places to look! Stacks do show up using switch to. Ctrl+Q on Windows but on Mac I seem to remember it is something completely different. Search for switch to in the keyboards shortcuts list (Help 🢂 Keyboard shortcuts)
  21. With me your request works automatically. Maybe a workaround for you: You can right-click Evernote on your taskbar (in Windows) ask the properties and change to Maximized as a workaround.
  22. Hi everybody, New here, I'm a subscriber. I have read through the whole forum, tried everything and wasn't able to connect EN on my mobile. Overview: IOS 12.5.7; Iphone 5S; EN downloaded at app store that says I would need version 13 and up but downloaded a compatible version to my IOS. Status: EN working properly on my mobile on Dec 23; after update I have this problem so far. EN switched on for data and wi-fi, 4G unlimited data plan, wi-fi speed 500GB. No new setup, was working properly however after updating started "Problem connecting to EN. Please verify your internet connection." Please help me, I have tried techs in Brazil but nobody could. Will not change my mobile, use it in my work. Asking for help, think it is not a difficult problem.
  23. This is terrible and very annoying. Auto update (10.85.4 MAC in may case) ruined all my notes, line spacing seems to be close to 2 or something. Hardly readable. Please revert this change asap and earlier than in two weeks.
  24. Yes, I understand there is a certain frustration when switching between 2 app generations that are at least 10 years apart in their philosophy. Who was with v10 from day one like myself got them more step by step. No way around adapting workflows. Don’t hesitate to come asking.
  25. AFAIK you can’t. Both belong to the same client, and use the same zoom factor.
