Hi, I’m doing my PhD on integreted help system, I was going through application to see their help integration and I noticed that your application (Tested on Mac OSX 10.11.6) is not using the integrated help system (helpviewer) to display information regarding your product. Instead, clicking on any of the items in the help menu launches links to be opened in default browser. I was hoping that you can provide information on why did your team decided not to use the integrated help system, if there is any limitation with the system or weaknesses please list them so I can use this data to investgate the issue. 

The information that will be provided from you will be used in a published paper and PhD thesis, if you have any concerns about sharing this information please let me know.
