Share hotel's link in work chat

Hi, when I share links about hotels by app like booking in a work chat, the other person can't open the link inside app or in native app or on safari but can just see the image and text of content link inside the note but can't open the link.

To be clear, there are three types of links
- Private; opens in browser
- Classic; private and opens in the app
- Public: opens in browser

You should be sending out the Public link

If I share a link in a notebook I can't open the link on browser but I can just see and edit the content on notebook

Perhaps this is some kind of technical error. Try contacting technical support. I also had a bug in the app, only another one. When I wanted to book a Westgate Palace resort, my booking button didn't work. Then the button started working and I booked rooms. But I decided to check it out and sent an email to the hotel manager. And it turned out that the operation didn't pass and the rooms were not booked. It's a good thing I double-checked, or an unpleasant situation could happen. Because the kids were really looking forward to this holiday and as a bonus for the misunderstanding, we got free tickets to Disney World.
