huricane 0 Posted September 14, 2016 Share Posted September 14, 2016 I am running windows 10. just upgraded to plus, and EN shows upgrade limit reached. when i login to my account it shows %100 available. I am slowly working with email support to try and resolve this, but any help is appreciated. I have: logged out and back in. reset the computer. even uninstalled and reinstalled EN at the instruction of support. nothing has changed Thanks in advance! Link to comment

Support seem to be giving you the advice that we'd come up with - have they suggested checking your Account Summary page to verify you are shown as Plus, and going on to your notes to check for a Trash Folder? Delete anything in the Trash folder online, and on your desktop. Link to comment
