JessieC 0
HI I shared a Notebook with my supervisor and when he accepted the link it added the notebook to his EverNote acct, but he is no longer able to edit his own notes that he has or had before he accepted that one. He can however edit online on the web interface? His notes that he had before he accepted the invite for the shared notebook all show locked with a blue lock in the corner Any advice? Link to comment

Its good news that the web interface is working ok - so its not an account problem. Simply a device problem. I don't spend much time troubleshooting my device problems. My solutions are Reboot the device; this often resolves many issues Delete the app and database; Reinstall and let the database be rebuilt from the servers Warning: The rebuild doesn't include local notebooks or unsynced notes Link to comment
Level 5* jefito 5,586 Posted September 13, 2016 Level 5* Share Posted September 13, 2016 Before rebooting and reinstalling, I'd first try: revoke the shared notebook, both of you sync (and maybe shut down your Windows Evernote clients via File / Exit), and then re-share it, with write permissions.
