How to create groups?

Dear community,

I remember seeing an Evernote Screenshot in which the the list of all the notes could be split in "professional" and personal notes. Are there other ways to group notes visually besides creating notebooks or stacks of notebooks?

How about tags, for example tag:Professional

You can have saved searches in your shortcut        Professional    tag:Professional
                                                                                  Personal         -tag:Professional
