jwychan 0 Posted September 2, 2016 Share Posted September 2, 2016 Today my note claimed it needed to clear formatting and when i selected that option, my entire note is gone, empty with only the title left? Any idea how I can get the content back? Would upgrading to premium gets my content back? It is hell to try to get into email support and I looked and looked in the android support page which keeps referring me back to the same support page. I only got the support after doing google search and have to be done in my laptop. Why is it so difficult to get hold of support? is it, in a way, discrimination against free users? support ticket #180281 Link to comment

The notes would have to be syncd, and copies are preserved multiple times throughout the day. Link to comment
