How to get help?

I'm premium customer, but when I log into my account, and select "Help and learning" on my account icon, it opens a new tab where I am supposed to login !? So unable to login to get help. What exactly do you do to get help??

I use the contact support link to open a ticket; there's also a chat option       Contact Evernote Support

Thanks DTLow, but I do not understand how they identify me when I am not logged in. Have now posted a ticket and then I hope someone will answer
