Lost files after reactivation

Hello,

I recently reactivated my account and found that all of my notes are gone. I've looked on the website, the Mac app, and the iPhone app. There is not even anything in my trash bin. It looks as if I just created a new account, except my profile says it is my account from 2014. Is there any way to recover these old notes or is there a way to talk with anybody directly in Evernote to get my files back?

Not sure what your "reactivated my account" procedure was, but make sure you're using the correct userid/password.
You're allowed to have multiple accounts.
