Missing Notes and Constant Sync Error

This happens several times - the email verification error when my account has been verified ages ago and then the part where my whole account resets everytime I log in and log out. 

I reset my cellphone last night which logged my Evernote account off. When I logged back in, I had no data left. I've tried checking the web version and logging in and logging out. Also have I tried making a ticket but to no avail. 

 

I don't normally do this -- that is file complaints -- but the data lost is very important to me. If anyone could help me retrieve it, that would be of great help. Thank you!

Thank you for posting and welcome to the forums. I definitely understand where you are coming from and loss of anything in Evernote is something we take seriously. What was the ticket number you were provided?
