Please make it easier to submit a help ticket on the Evernote web site

Idea

I was originally going to submit a ticket about problems with the Evernote Web Clipper in Opera, but there does not seem to be any way for me to create a new ticket. Attached is a screenshot of the screen that tells me to submit a ticket. This is Opera version 39.0.2256.48. (Apologies if I am posting this in the wrong forum. I wasn't sure where to put this.)

Ok, thanks. In that case it would be less confusing if the page did not instruct me to submit a ticket. I thought it might be a paid account thing, but it wasn't clear to me whether or not submitting a ticket counted as "email support." I wasn't using email to submit it, and also wasn't sure whether the response would take the form of an email. So I think this page could use some clarification.

Yeah, figuring out how to get support, what you are entitled to and how the whole thing works seems to be almost deliberately opaque. If it's not deliberate, it's just incredibly badly designed.
