In order to see if you can get the note working on your Android device, try recreating the note using the Evernote website or desktop application. 1. Copy and paste the content out of the referenced note into a new note 2. Delete the referenced note 3. Go to your 'Trash' notebook at the bottom of your notebooks list and delete the note from there so it's entirely removed from your account 4. Sync Evernote Let me know how it goes. Link to post
Guanhong 0 Posted August 26, 2016 Author Share Posted August 26, 2016 (edited) I tried but I find that I still cannot access new note which has video or audio file on Android device. If I attached an audio file in a note on desktop version. It can be sync and play on desktop version. However I can't access the same one on Android version(such like the screenshot attached). What's happened? P.S. The audio file is between 100 mb to 200 mb. The Chinese message means "Could not load this note on this device now, please use desktop version to access note."
