I attached a 7 MB file to my note, and after a minute or so, I deleted it. But now (after about 2 hours), my usage information still shows that I have used that 7 MBs. Will the space be returned or not?

If the note wasn't synced with that attachment on it, you should get the space 'back' (Actually all you're doing is sorting out the local accounting of how much was actually sent.)

Will the space be returned or not? If sync'd, You've used part of your upload allowance, this is not storage allowance No, you don't get your upload use returned by deleting attachments after syncing
