amcroston 0 Posted August 20, 2016 Share Posted August 20, 2016 I renewed my Premium account and ever since it acts like the free evernote. On my mobile I could scan business cards etc. not anymore. On the desktop version I no longer can make video or audio notes...it too acts like the free evernote. I've asked the evernote people how to get it on track and they don't answer. My account billing reads as premium but is not acting as such. Any ideas to fix this before I cancel my account altogether? Link to comment

If that doesn't fix this, you've obviously had some sort of billing issue which is not easily sorted out in a public forum like this one. If you contact support to report a Payment Issue and get a ticket number, please come back here and post that number and we can flag the issue for you to get an Admin to look into it. Link to comment
