amy2570 0 Posted August 13, 2016 Share Posted August 13, 2016 I'm new to EN. I'm able to attach word docs, but I can't open them on desktop or web but I can open them on my iphone. I receive the following message on the web application and no action/message on the desktop: "This action is only valid for products currently installed." Am I missing some support platform? I'm able to attach and read PDF files on my desktop but not the web. Link to comment
nohb 27 Posted August 15, 2016 Share Posted August 15, 2016 @amy2570Based on that error it looks like this is due to a corrupted shortcut to the Office program you are attempting to open (assuming it's Word since it's a Word doc).
