hanseric 152 Posted August 13, 2016 Posted August 13, 2016 Windows 10 (brand new) machine. Evernote was working fine yesterday and today appears to be having a sync issue. It just isn't stopping syncing. (most recent log entries below, full log attached [last 10-20 mins worth or so]). I can sync fine from my Android to web application. Thought maybe it was a couple of notes that weren't syncing (the most recent ones) but deleting them (completely, emptied trash too) didn't help. I'm not seeing anything shocking in the logs but maybe a trained eye can see something. The only thing I noticed is that it has been giving that percent which has changed very little. About 45 mins ago it was "80%..." and now it's a whopping 91% . Any help would be greatly appreciated! Contact Evernote Support My approach is not to spend a lot of time troubleshooting these issues. I would reboot my machine. If the problem continues, I would delete the app and the database and then reinstall. Evernote will then rebuild the database from the servers (except for local or unsyncd notes)
hanseric 152 Posted August 13, 2016 Author Posted August 13, 2016 It finally stopped on its own. 1 hr 25 min sync. Thought it was fixed but the next sync did same thing. So I did as you said. Good call. All is normal once again.
