Won't allow me to sign in

Hi

ive Just upgraded my phone, completed a back up prior to purchase and now have to 'sign in' to Evernote. The problem is it does not recognise my email or account details therefore I cannot access any data at all! Very upset. Can anyone assist please?

Usually when my devices start showing odd results, I've been able to resolve it by rebooting the device.
If that fails, I delete and re-install the app/database

Check the web/desktop to be sure you have the right username.
