mrliversalts 0
Hi, On the last two beta releases it seems that scanning and saving as a document is broken. The picture is fine but hitting save as a document gives you nothing but a black rectangle. Anyone else having the same issue? (Version 112 beta on Android Marshmallow 6.0.1) Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,031 Posted August 10, 2016 Level 5* Share Posted August 10, 2016 Hi. How are you scanning and saving as a document? The Android (Beta) app no longer has the choice - it's a manual photo with very limited options, or an automatic pic with no options at all... Link to comment
mrliversalts 0
Hi, Open EN Hit +, then camera Hover over the document to be captured Let EN "do its thing" and take the image automatically It captures the image, first of all as a photo, which I can see previews fine, but then I press "save as a document" and it turns in to a big black rectangle. Level 5* gazumped 12,031 Posted August 11, 2016 Level 5* Share Posted August 11, 2016 Maybe this is the difference between phones and tablets - mine's a Samsung Note4 (technically a phablet) but all I get when I hit '+' for a new note and take a picture is a green outline chasing the document I'm copying. When the pic is taken and processed I get a tick - a check mark - to say it's done. Tap the tick to say 'finished' and I go direct to a note with the cropped document waiting for me. Try the global fix for all things mobile - uninstall / restart / reinstall! Link to comment
