Do a search with ANY:Word1 Word2 AND(?) Word3

Hi,

I have a need to be able to search for results based on any of two words combined with another word. I can't seem to figure it out, is it not possible?

Example:

I want to see what notes I have that contain either the words apples (Word1) or pears (Word2)  AND the word green (Word3).

You can't do combined And/Or searches in one step

My process is to do your apples or pears search, and assign a temporary tag to the results.

You can then do your "green" search
