From Premium to Plus

Hello,

If I decide to go for a Premium subscription during one year, and would like to go back to Plus afterwards, is that possible?

Hi @cayana,

If you subscribe to Premium directly through our website and then decide you'd like to switch to Plus for the next renewal, you can do so by following these steps before the renewal date:

1. Navigate to Evernote Account Settings using a computer web browser and view the Account Summary
2. Next to Account Level select Manage Subscription
3. From the choices, select Plus, then choose the monthly or annual option
4. Select Confirm Update

This will set you to automatically renew with the selected changes when the current pay cycle ends. I hope that helps!
