I clicked on changing from BASIC to PLUS this morning but just got notice of a 1/2 price deal for premium for a year. I'd like to try that, but fear if I change to that right now, I will end up paying for this morning's "plus" amount ($39 +) as well as the 1/2 price premium-for-a-year amount (also $35). Lack of actual customer service is one of the main reasons I am frustrated with EN. Thanks for any advice any of you more seasoned users can provide. Link to comment
