Feature request: Add new notebook directly to stack

Currently when you create a new notebook, you can select only "private" or "shared." If you want that notebook to be part of an existing stack, you have to take the extra step of creating and naming it, navigating to the Notebooks area, and then finding and moving it manually into a stack. It would be nice if the "new notebook" dialog also gave you a dropdown or some other way to indicate that you want it to belong to a stack from the moment of inception.

Just curious, but how many notebooks to you create? I think I probably have 40ish, but that is over the last 12 years.
