Hi.  There are no CRM 'features' as such,  but being able to capture a business card or a form by taking a picture,  categorise the contact or order by title or tag,  and move records between notebooks (or change some tags) for Open / In Progress / Delivered,  makes Evernote a possible resource for a sole trader or a small business.  You just have to decide what you need,  and set up the notebooks and tags to support your processes.

Use tags to identify your customers. Use individual notes to track each activity (sales lead, phone call, quote, order, problem)
