webclipper not working on threads with frames

I got EverNote to be able to keep threads on a learning forum.  Last couple months it has worked fine, there are no changes to the forum.  But this month when I try to get the threads saved WebClipper does save them but they are not with the information inside the frames, it's all over so they are useless.  What is going wrong?

I have pictures of what it looks like and should look like but the forum will not let me upload them even though they are well below the size listed as limit, and it's telling me they are too big..

How do I get this working again?

Hi.  Clipper does sometimes have problems with page layout,  and frames seems like a possible source of issues - can you give us a URL to look at a typical version of the pages you;re finding difficult?
