dawna 3
When using the web version of Evernote I don't seem to be able to move a note into a Shared notebook. The Shared notebooks all appear in grey and have a lock beside them. In the application itself I can move the notes freely between shared and non-shared. Why is there this limitation on the web? Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted July 21, 2016 Level 5* Share Posted July 21, 2016 Hi. Not seen this problem before. I actually don't know why all the shared-in notebooks would appear locked... Have you tried switching between the 'new' version of the web app and the 'classic' via Settings? Does this lock appear in both? Link to comment
dawna 3
I think it was because I was out of quota for the month. dang quota!! Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted July 24, 2016 Level 5* Share Posted July 24, 2016 Sympathies, but limits are limits... if you find this still doesn't work after your quota resets, please tell us! Link to comment
ZToo 0
I have this problem, which first appeared due to hitting the quota limit (of the notebook owner) but did not resolve after the owner upgraded. How can I proceed? It has been 24 hours, so should be long enough to reset. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted December 20, 2016 Level 5* Share Posted December 20, 2016 Hi. Have both you and the owner synced your accounts since the upgrade? And is he seeing the new account level on his devices? Link to comment
