Please note we no longer support Outlook 2007.

Does this mean that the functionality is no longer available in Outlook 2007?  (Sorry if that's a silly question.)

Eager to hear about the Outlook clipper as well.     Like the OP, I see the Evernote Clipper for Outlook add-in, but it won't remain enabled.

Using Outlook 2013 32-bit (15.0.4823.1004) on a 64-bit Windows 10 machine.

Try this - it worked for me:

Uninstall and reboot as documented.

I couldn't just right-click and "Install as Administrator" when logged in as a regular (non-admin) user.

I had to log out, login as an administrator, THEN right-click and "Install as Administrator".

Then log in as the regular user and the add-in starts with Outlook.

Likely more a Windows thing than an Evernote thing, but who knows?

@TomerKFor Outlook 2013, you could try disabling/re-enabling the clipper with the following steps:

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Select File > Options > Add-Ins > Manage > Disabled Items
  3. Re-enable the Evernote add-in
  4. Close and reopen Outlook

If this doesn't fix the issue, please re-install Evernote on the desktop which will re-install the add-in on Outlook. If you continue to have issues with this, PM me and we'll get a support ticket going for you.

@MarathonIT Glad to see reinstalling Evernote worked for you.

@weaverh Not a silly question at all! From what we've seen, the 2007 version of Outlook won't work with the most recent versions of Evernote. Please see our FAQ for supported versions.
