Candid 167
I ran an experiment in which I exported one of my smaller notebooks to see what would happen. The biggest problem for me was the onenote could only use one tag. I believe it went alphabetically. If I wanted true functionality in one note, I'd have to divide notes down into really small groups and put them in small notebooks to be imported one at a time. It would be a lot of work but that would maintain at least some of the functionality I have in Evernote. BUT not all functionality could be transferred. If I wanted to divide recipes by type of meat then I'd have to give up having my ethnic cuisine tags, or my source tags. Link to comment

A web search on "import Evernote to OneNote" should show you a couple of options: there's a Microsoft provided tool, and a 3rd party developer written tool. Link to comment
