Prithvi Kumar 2 Posted July 15, 2016 Share Posted July 15, 2016 The files will not sync on my desktop Evernote application. I have checked the sync settings and they are set to every 5 mins. I am able to see all the files in each of my notebooks on the cloud application. We use Evernote Business. Link to comment

If you want to create a support ticket, there's a link below in my signature section. My approach is to not spend a lot of time in troubleshooting. I would delete the app; delete the database and then reinstall the app. The database will be rebuilt from the EN servers (except for local notebooks) Link to comment
