Ukrx 0 Posted July 11, 2016 Share Posted July 11, 2016 I've been a long time EN user - hardly ever contacted support and now when I actually need support I find that the only options available for me are to post a message to the EN Forums. I was under the impression that : - Live Chat support - Email support are available to Premium users - but it would appear this is not the case. When I try and raise a new ticket, The other two buttons (Email/Live chat) are disabled.... so its not possible to get the help I want. I have tried Chrome, Safari and IE - and no joy ! So maybe I can get some help from the forum community ... I am just trying to copy formatted text from Visual Studio into EN - this used to work ... but now I get what is shown in the attachment ... So All I want is to be able to copy source code text from visual studio into EN - Im using EN on a MAC and VS is run from within a VM (Parallels) - This was supported and now seems the functionality is broken.
