I'm a Windows user, but I bought an iMac. One feature that I really miss that the Windows version has is the ability to right-click on a group of notes and select "Tag Notes". That wonderful dialog lists all the tags contained in all selected notes with checkboxes that you can select or deselect, and it shows partially-checked boxes for tags that are in some-but-not-all of the selected notes. This feature has always been a great tool for bulk organizing, and I really miss it in the Mac. In fact, I often set a reminder on notes that need to be organized and then tag them later when I can use my Windows PC at work during lunch.
