Mohammed Shafiee 0
Hi everyone, Every time I restart Evernote on my Mac I get a message 'migrating notes to the new version'. It seems the notes are not permanently migrated. Is there something I'm supposed to do that I haven't? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,664 Posted July 5, 2016 Level 5* Share Posted July 5, 2016 Hi. Which version of Evernote are you now using, and when was your last update? There is sometimes a conversion process after updating, but that should be a once-only task. Have you allowed Evernote to finish 'migrating' before closing it down again? Link to comment

Hi there @Mohammed Shafiee; In addition to what @gazumped asked, can you provide the following information? What version of OSX do you currently have installed on your Mac? Would you please log into your account from a desktop or laptop computer's web browser at evernote.com? Do all of your notes appear properly on the web? I look forward to your response! My process would be to not spend a lot of time troubleshooting this - I would delete the app - and then delete the database Reinstalling the app will rebuild the database from the Evernote servers ***Warning - the rebuild is only for sync'd notes *** Link to comment
