desmond007 0 Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 I've been a loyal paying customer for years now. But I have to say, I'm soooooo getting tired of the "Can't sync" error messages. Time and time again I've lost audio files attached to notes because they "Can't sync". WTF? Is it so hard to retry or to self correct? Clearly you have the ability to detect when sync'ing issues occur. Why can't you fix the note and recover it? Besides, when I try to "copy the contents" to a new note, it doesn't copy the audio portion. Don't know what to say except (a) very frustrating and (b) not something I should expect from a supposedly mature notes product. PLEASE fix this EverNote!
