Waynie 0 Posted June 28, 2016 Share Posted June 28, 2016 Am not sure where this query should fit in but am practically at my wits end because I cannot find the appropriate contact person for advice. I am a foreign expat residing on the Chinese mainland and though I use Evernote, I am wanting to upgrade. The problem is that though I am aware of an Evernote office in Beijing and/or HK, I do not possess a credit card though WeChat and China Union Pay are two of the main methods used for online payment for products and services. The other issue is the language barrier. How can I pay to upgrade though I do not possess a credit card but am well able to pay via WeChat or China Union Pay and can I pay Evernote Hong Kong or alternatively get the bank/weChat details for Evernote here. I would be very grateful if someone could point me in the right direction. I can't get email assistance because I havent upgraded and I cant upgrade unless someone hopefully in this forum can assist me. Link to comment
nohb 27 Posted June 29, 2016 Share Posted June 29, 2016 @Waynie At this time we only accept payment by credit card. You can also upgrade using one of our payment partners like iTunes or Google Play. Also, if you have a credit card linked to your China UnionPay account, you should be able to go to www.evernote.com/premium and upgrade from there. Hope that helps! Link to comment
