Creating new notebook when sending note through app

Hi

so im not sure if this has been a feature in the past, but this would make life easier than having to go into my account manually and create a new notebook

use case

So I'm viewing an article, and I want to save it to a new notebook. I press the little box with an arrow facing up (not sure what it's called) and it brings up all the apps I can use to send out an article. When I press the Evernote icon, I get the name of the article, and a selection of available notebooks, but only the ability to select a current notebook, and not create a new one?!?

so now I have to go into the app to create a new notebook.

I tend to think of notebooks as static, not an item created on the fly
That seems more of a tag thing, although my tag list is also static
