rainykay 0 Posted June 20, 2016 Share Posted June 20, 2016 I am fairly new to Evernote and have downloaded it to Desktop and Ipad with no problem, but for some reason once I download to lap top and go to open it I get error message about not being connected to server and try again. My desktop and laptop both run on Vista. I am not computer knowledgeable so I just don't know where to begin to try and fix this. Have uninstalled it and reinstalled in numerous time, all with the same result. Link to comment

Evernote uses Internet Explorer for background sync services even if you use a different browser. Link to comment
