Sorry for posting here!

I cannot discover a method to communicate to Evernote's support.

Hopefully someone at Evernote will notice this and be offended enough to pass this on to their support staff.

I am afraid that if I write something more appropriate any response will come in the year 2020.

I understand a moderator will filter this out as nothing non flattering is likely to be approved.

my Evernote windows desktop is broken.
Sure wish there was a method to communicate 
with the folks at Evernote.  Though you folks seem to
be experts at receiving my payment each month.  It is service 
you seem to not understand.  Possibly ALL resources there are
dedicated to acquiring new customers and harvesting their income.

You make a lot of pretty insulting assumptions here about Evernote and its support staff; but you will notice that your note has in fact been posted. (And even worse flames appear here all the time.)
