Font in PDF annotation window blurry.

I have a pdf attached to a note. The pdf stays open all the time. The text in the pdf when open in the note is not blurry. But, when I try to annotate the pdf, the font in the annotation window is blurry. I have tried disabling DPI scaling from properties of Evernote icon, but it does not seem to work even with reboot or, killing off all Evernote tasks in Task Manager. I am using Windows 10 latest version. What can I do to solve this?

I tried attaching Jpeg files to show the difference, but the page won't accept it. :/
