(Archived) not able to log in or get a new password

Hi,

I'm trying to sign in with my account "nyaanenet" but it says "Invalid account",

and when I try to create a new account with the same username it says the username has already been taken.

It doesn't let me get a new password either, saying "There are no users with the user name nyaanenet." It doesn't recognise my email address either, although it seems someone's already signed up with the email...

just doesn't make sense at all!

I could always get a new email and create a new account but it's much easier for me to be able to use my current email.

any help appreciated.
