Cursed 'Un 0
Could someone please tell me whether, after clipping content from a members-only website, it will still be possible to access these clipped notes once I'm no longer a member of that website? I use Evernote in Windows 7 and the Chrome Web Clipper extension. I couldn't find any technical details on the Evernote website or in these forums that explain how Evernote clips/stores notes (i.e. whether I'd still need to log in to the original website in order to view the clipped notes). Your advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance! Link to comment
rubenb 51
Web clipper copies the content of the website into the note. So it's not required to have an account. To test it, clip the page, sync your Evernote client, disable your network and try to open the note while offline. Link to comment
Cursed 'Un 0
@rubenb Enormous thanks for your helpful reply. That's brilliant. Evernote has, for me, definitely become one of those essential tools that make you wonder how you ever survived without them... :-) Link to comment
