(Archived) Sync Error Message

hello,

i'm a new EN user. I like it alot.

Syncing works okay but every time it syncs, it creates an error message.

Can someone please tell me what this means and how I correct it?

Um...it would be helpful if you said what the error message was.

Go to: Help > Activity Log...

to get more information about an error.

The error message is an exclamation point that appears over the Sycn button. If I find a specific message, I'll post it. thanks!

If you see the exclamation mark on the sync icon, that may just be due to a temporary network error somewhere between your computer and Evernote.

If you press the Sync button, and you have full Internet connectivity, this should complete the sync.

The 'red exclamation point' occurs every time I sync. And, just now, a pop up window appears that says "an error occurred." There is no other information provided.
