free acct won't sync

Hi,

All of a sudden, my free acct wont sync, and went to use the web version, found totally different interface.

Below is my usage gauge & as you can see I have plenty of space left.  What gives? I'll get an upgrade but need a phone # to ask several busn/tech questions.

I dont want to looks my latest notes or add any till I get answers.

Anyone have any suggestions with explanations to get me going quickly.

I have Evernote on a laptop & a desktop.

This should be automatic, but you can force the sync to happen on your laptop
On my Mac, I just click on the sync icon

Not sure what you were expecting.
Its definetly different than the Windows version, and there are two Web versions, classic and beta.
I prefer the classic version.
