evernote in asus transformer book t300 chi

i have just bought asus transformer book t300 chi mainly for the purpose of taking notes during classes at university. By taking notes i mean actually "hand writing" with a stylus pen what's on the board. 

it seems that evernote was already built in this computer because it was already there when ifirst opened this computer. i cant seem to find the option in evernote that let's you "hand write" note with stylus pen only via the keyboard the regular way. 

i am wandering if it's even possible in this specific asus product. 

any help would be highly appreciated since i cant wait to use it for learning.
