One note will not sync

I have Evernote Premium on a Windows PC and several Android devices. In one notebook on one device, there is one note that is not synched with its counterparts on all of the other devices.

How do I fix this?

As long as it is NOT in a local notebook:

1. Try modifying the current version of the note and then sync. 
2. Try copy/paste the contents to a new note. 
3. Try exporting and importing the note using the ENEX format. 
4. Try highlighting the contents of the note and right click and select Simplify or Remove Formatting in case there is a special character causing the issue. 
5. Create a temporary note and merge the note with it.  If that syncs, edit the temporary note out of the new note.

Its disturbing, but an anomaly. I wouldn't spend a lot of time on it; just copy to a new note.

If you really want to investigate this you can look at the activity logs for your device

That new note will show up on all devices, right?

It has in all my testing.
You should do your own testing. since you identified the exception.

As long as you are sure you have synced when your start of stop using a device.
