Can't figure out how to make a custom header when printing notes.  I have a logo I want to put at the top of the page.  Help?

Yes, I'm looking for a way to customize the header, especially when I share with a link.  I understand that Evernote needs this for advertising which is fine, but I would like my business information for professional purposes, obviously, when sharing outside of my organization.  I do not see how to do this.  Thank you.
