Clipper screenshot saving format

1. Usually I used Win button+PrtSc to make a screenshot, which automatically saves screenclips in Evernote. That happens not only in Firefox but in other berowsers as well though I haven't add Evernote web clipper to them.
How to change the saving way? i.g. if I want to save them in a folder, not in Evernote?

2. When I use Firefox, I also opt for clipper button to save screenshots - that saves them in Evernote as well, but they are saved in "allfiles (.)" format - and when I save the screenclip from an Evernote note to other folder, it uses the (.) format instead of .jpg or .png as before (before I reinstalled Win7). I want to save screenclips in .png format - what's the way to do that?
